SHIPPING POLICY
Your orders may qualify for FREE DELIVERY if your delivery address is a commercial building within 35mi of our warehouse and your order is above $3,500! If the destination is above 35mi, the cost will depend on the total number of items, item dimension(s), and scope of labor.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Stock items may be returned or exchanged within the first 30 days of purchase if they are in new and sellable condition in the original packaging.
If there is a defect with your equipment within the warranty coverage period, please call the manufacturer for their warranty terms and we will do our best to facilitate service.
Purchasing equipment “as is” without warranty may be cheaper, but it is at your OWN risk as it cannot be exchanged or returned.
